Pedestrian and bicycle improvements would be constructed along S.M. Wright to create a continuous network between S.M. Wright, MLK, Grand Avenue., and Good Latimer Expressway. Additional right-of-way (ROW), approximately two acres, is anticipated to be required along both the east and west side of I-45.
