The proposed improvements would consist of one 12‐foot‐wide travel lane, one 14‐foot‐wide outside shared‐use lane (for bicycle accommodation), a one‐foot curb offset (in each direction) and a 42‐foot raised median. Eleven‐foot left and/or right turn lanes would be constructed at major intersections and median openings. The sidewalk will be constructed by others outside of TxDOT right‐of‐way (ROW) per City of Celina ordinance. The proposed ROW width for the project would vary from 133 feet to 281 feet.
