Notice of Final Environmental Assessment Available for Public Review for SL 288 from IH 35W to IH 35 in Denton County, Texas

Purpose:

Pursuant to Texas Administrative Code, Title 43, §2.108, this notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a final environmental assessment (EA) for the proposed SL 288 project, and that the final EA is available for public review.

Memorandum of Understanding:

The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 9, 2019, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and TxDOT.
