2022 Dallas /Fort Worth Annual Bicycle Projects – Virtual Public Hearing

The virtual public meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. and will be available through Friday, December 2, 2022. All comments must be received on or before Friday, December 2, 2022. This will be a virtual public meeting via a pre-recorded video presentation (no in-person option). 

Purpose:             

The purpose of the hearing is to provide information on transportation projects that might affect bicycle use, plans, policies and programs, and policies affecting bicycle use on the state highway system for the TxDOT Dallas & Fort Worth District in partnership with the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG). Project staff will provide a presentation which will be a pre-recorded video. The virtual public hearing will include both audio and visual components. Please note that the materials will not be available until Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

Description:      

All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing to obtain information about the district transportation projects, programs, and policies affecting bicycle use on the state highway system and to express their views.

The virtual public hearing will be conducted in English. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs. If you need interpretation or translation services or you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation to attend and participate in the virtual public hearing, please contact the below TxDOT Offices, no later than Thursday, 4 p.m. CT, Nov.10, 2022. Please be aware that advance notice is required as some services and accommodations may require time for TxDOT to arrange.
